We accept returns and exchanges for new and defective items within 30 days of purchase.
Eligibility
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags.
- Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials or flammable items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Some health and personal care items
Returns Process

- You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for valuable items.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method, less a $10 restocking fee.
Important Notes:
- Change of Mind: You have the right to return an item for a full refund if you change your mind within 30 days, as long as the item is in its original condition.
- Consumer Guarantees: Australian Consumer Law provides guarantees that cannot be excluded, including that goods are of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description. If your item has a major problem, you have the right to a refund, replacement, or repair.
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Exchanges: We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
- Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs.
