Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We accept returns and exchanges for new and defective items within 30 days of purchase.

Eligibility

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags.
  • Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
    • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
    • Intimate or sanitary goods
    • Hazardous materials or flammable items
    • Gift cards
    • Downloadable software
    • Some health and personal care items

Returns Process

  1. Contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return.
  2. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for valuable items.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
  4. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method, less a $10 restocking fee.

Important Notes:

  • Change of Mind: You have the right to return an item for a full refund if you change your mind within 30 days, as long as the item is in its original condition.
  • Consumer Guarantees: Australian Consumer Law provides guarantees that cannot be excluded, including that goods are of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description. If your item has a major problem, you have the right to a refund, replacement, or repair.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Exchanges: We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
  • Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs.
